How the hell can a certified Kia Dealership attempt to fix a recall without checking if the car already had the issue that was supposed to be prevented with the fix? And how the flying dogs** f** did they not know about the little tab that can be removed to manually release the shifter? They literally took my whole shifter apart to reach the manual override because they couldn’t get the car out of park!
Mind you all I brought the car the fix the ABS Light and Traction control light, and they had the audacity to ask me days later if I knew those two lights were on! That’s what I brought it in to you guys for! We fixed your recall, the car has multiple issues we can not work on it without permission from you! Also the recall part that was installed? Not only has the part it’s supposed to fix completely melted and caught fire, y’all didn’t even freaking notice! It took me 5 seconds to see something was wrong!
