Hi,I have a 2015 Kia Optima and have noticed a major safety item that is not issued. How is it that this car is not equipped with a extra tire?In this day and time ,catching a flat tire is a scare without a extra tire. This is my first time puchasing a car from Kia and the last time. I've noticed several things about this car . For the price, it should be well equipped. It was cheaply made. Next year , Im getting out of this car. There are other features I dislike such as : passenger seat sits too low, doesn't have the button to tun car on /off, road noise is ridiculous, who wants to hear the road while driving, i thought i had a flat tire or ran over something but its just the way this cheap made vehicle sounds, doesn't give good power, windows dont fold, better tires, terrible radio system, and I can go on .Im very disappointed .The only thing I can nice about this car is that it cranks and looks nice on the eye. Never again. Im going to post this messgae on other sites until something is done about it.

Sincerly,

My son had an issue with a rear tire and discovered there was no jack or spare. With all things considered, we just bought the car three months ago and no salesman or dealer made us aware there was no jack or spare. The annoying thing is we are paying around $25,000 for this vehicle and now KIA wants to sell a spare kit for around $200 when you can purchase a decent jack for $19 at Walmart and go for a used tire.

The sad thing is finding this out the hard way and this could have left my kids or wife stranded on the side of the road. The only way to describe this is pure greed.
