2016 with 26k miles. Stopped accelerating while on the highway, stalled out and would not start. Oil light, battery light and check engine lights all came on. Had it towed to nearest dealer who says the engine is blown. It's been two days and they have no answers, say Kia is considering only replacing parts of it, that they think it's too new to replace the whole engine. So I just sit and wait in the meantime. I'd like to get rid of this car asap but that's really not an option. This shouldn't happen to a two year old car that cost $28,000!
Update from Dec 3, 2018: After a week of no communication dealer said fuel line broke and caused the problem. I've had it for 4 days now and with the exception of the gasoline smell coming from the heat and AC, it seems ok.
