I have been having problems for several months with moving in reverse. A lot of jerking. Forward gears are great. It is the Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT). Took it in for inspection. They tell me the transmission has to be replaced. They immediately got me into a rental car at their expense and they say it will be taken care of in a week (good for them if they follow through)
