Bumper to bumper warrenty motor company failure to honor and implement their bumper to bumper warrenty. My 1995 Lincoln developed left front ecessive win noise while under warrenty.the ecessive left frint wind noise started after a local Lincoln dealership made repairs to the window on 9/6/98. I had brought the vehicle, while under warrenty, to dearlership for repairs (( customer states popping noise left front window when lowering)). Ford local dearership, zone representative, and customer assistance have verified the excessive wind noise, have attempted repairs and paid for under warrenty. Mark hutchins, president of Lincoln Mercury, now indicates Ford staff was incorrect in their diagnosis and that the excessive noise did notdevelope while under warranty but is a normal characteristic of this $42000 vehicle. Your assistance is requested in correcting this problem and enforcing dearlerships responsibility to live up to bumper to bumper warranty or to make the consumer aware of the weakness of the warrenty.
