The contact owns a 2019 Lincoln Nautilus. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed during a rainstorm, there was water leaking into the vehicle through the moonroof. No warning lights were illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, who diagnosed a failure with the moonroof drains, and informed the contact that the drains were clogged. The vehicle was repaired in April 2023, but the failure reoccurred in April 2025. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, and it was determined that the moonroof drains were clogged. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure, a case was opened, and the contact was referred to the NHTSA Hotline for assistance. The failure mileage was unknown.
