The passenger seat started smoking. The consumer smelled an electrical wire burning. The consumer turned off the heat warmer on the seat. The smell continued. When the consumer had gotten out of the vehicle, he viewed smoke coming from the seat. The consumer had difficulty getting the smoke to stop, even with the ignition turned off. Scc
