Despite SEVERAL attempts to repair the AC unit, and having each and every component of the AC replaced, it still does not work. The issues I have had with this vehicle are extensive, but the non-working, non-repairable AC is the biggest problem. I have given opportunities to repair the unit to two different factory-trained Ford service centers, but neither was able to repair it. This vehicle has been a complete nightmare! The Lincoln customer service group is not authorized to approve replacing or buying back the used vehicle I purchased, and suggested that I write a letter to the Lincoln executives. I sent a letter via certified mail so that I know when they received it. They received it one week ago, but despite requesting contact and providing my email address and cell number, I have yet to receive a phone call or email. If anyone reading this knows another avenue for me to explore as I seek vehicle replacement, please let me know. Any assistance would be GREATLY APPRECIATED!

This is FAR from what I expect from a luxury vehicle, and expect nothing less than vehicle buy back or replacement by a brand new model. Considering the nature of the issues, and the fact that I have attempted to get the issues repaired for over THREE YEARS, I don't think my request is unreasonable. Thanks to all!
