Was driving car shut off...bought new battery instantly, then replaced crankshaft sensor because after car shutoff it wouldnt start back up...

Running board on driver side does not retract after closing the doors. It remains deployed. Have to use my foot to assist it to close.....often. Tried using wd-40 to lubricate the hinges but this only serves as a temporary fix. Issues returns shortly thereafter.

Driver's side retractable running boards keeps getting stuck in open position and keeps trying to retract while driving, after research found out running boards have been malfunctioning on Navigator since early 2000. Ford Mercury will not recall even though they know its a vehicle defect. Drivers seat and steering wheel will not stay where its set will reset it self sometimes while driving
