MINI VEHICLES: WHILE DRIVING OR AT IDLE, THE HEADLAMPS FLICKER OR SPORADICALLY MOVE UP OR DOWN BY THEMSELVES. THE HEADLAMP WIRING HARNESS IS DAMAGED DUE TO CHAFFING AT THE ENGINE GROUND POINT. *PE
