[Email sent on 04 MAy 2016] Hello,

I am Ethan Yeoh from Malaysia, a user of Nissan Almera (AJF1639). I went into a minor accident last Friday (29 April 2016) due to car brake malfunction and hit onto the car (Honda CRV, WC 9838L) in front where caused the car boot dented. (It happened when i step on brake and 'cra cra cra' sounds came out [felt like brake is couldn't engage], next thing i tried to pull hand brake but that doesn't work as well)

I am writing this email because this happened after 4 days after a major service (25 April 2016) which included change brake and i didn't get a satisfy answer which cost me pay for victim's car, terrified during the accident (thanks GOD it happened during low speed), and i am not convenient without my car to travel around.

This is not acceptable where my car just went through major service few days past with authorize service center which is cost more than others. The service center had have done checking after accident, they give the verbal answer with no issue in brake system and try to get out from the responsible.

In short, i am not sure what can i do, which car service center or brand i can trust now. I have no idea when is the car brake going to fail again, whether it happens in fast speed or not. Please be my witness if anything happens.

(Service center that i used)

[Replied with phone call on 19 May 2016] From Nissan HQ,

After they had have investigate this issue with the particular workshop and found everything is alright, so this is the end of the case.

---------> My point is,

I paid extra cost for authorized Nissan workshop to do every services but their specialized workmanship give me this result and they wish to get rid with just a few words.

What about the loses in this accident?
