I was driving 110km/hr on highway and suddenly my left hand rear tyre burst with no reason and it luckily it didn't skid and it nearly causes an deadly accident. I made a complaint at the service center in Jalan Baru, Seberang perai, Pulau Pinang the same day and show the bursted tyre and they cant comfirm the cost of the bursted tyre. They told me it needs a week to check my tyre and there is no replacement for the tyre at all. At present, I am driving without a spare tyre and what will happen if another tyre burst? How long do i need to wait for the replacement? Why do EDARAN TAN CHONG supply such a low quality tyre (Continental) to a brand new model (Almera) where there is others more reliable tyre . Such as ''good year'' , which can decrease the chances of an accidents.Please look into my report and solve this problem as soon as possible. Thank you.
