The contact owns a 2009 Nissan Altima hybrid. The contact stated that the tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) warning lamp was illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer for inspection where the contact was informed that the sensor failed. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue. The approximate failure mileage was 95,000. Updated 06/17/14
