I am having problems with the brakes. Have taken vehicle to the dealer 4 times, and problems have not been resolved. They still can't get to fix the problem. The window regulators broke twice. Also, seat back broke twice, but was repaired by dealer. Main problem are the brakes.

We have been experirencing problems with cabin noise. There is wind getting in the vehicle and you can definitelty hear it. Another problem we have had is the right rear power window scrubbing when you let it up or down. I have set an appointment for it and the cabin noise to be serviced. I called the dealership today and asked about recalls on this vehicle, because mine shakes as you are stopping, possibly a brake or rotor problem. I was told there were no recalls, but they didn't even tell me about the service bulletins on this vehicle.

We bought a brand new 2004 Nissan Armada from brown&brown Nissan in tempe Arizona on May 12, 2004. The car has problem with alignment and brakes. The steering always lean to the right even run on the floated road, the whole car shaken when running on the rough road and breaking, window making noise when car shaken. We brought the vehicle back to the dealer and notify them about the problems that we had experienced on May 13, 2004. The service tech told us it is normal nothing wrong with the vehicle and said that Nissan made all vehicles like that. We don't think this is right because all vehicles have to run straight not leaning to neither right or left side of the floated road and should moving smoothly not shaking when run on the rough road. This is concerned me about my family safety. Brown&brown Nissan sale managers wanted us to bring the car to service to get fix. Since their service tech said the problems are normal and nothing wrong with the vehicle when those symptoms above occurred. We don't think it is a good idea to bring it to the service and let them fix it. So we had request to switch for another vehicle but the dealer general sale managers disputed and ignored my request and didn't care about customer satisfaction nor customer's safety. Brown&brown's head manager don't talk to us since we don't want to bring the vehicle to the service even though we had call in a lot of times and request to talk to him or left him a message on his answer machine. Now we are stuck with the lemon vehicle and don't know what we need to do next to protect our customer rights and our family safety. Please help us to solve this problem and also save other people from bad car dealerships which selling bad car, treat customer with no respect, don't care about customer's satisfaction and specially don't care about customer's safety like brown&brown Nissan dealership in tempe, Arizona.

The 2004 Nissan Armada has automatic power windows for both front passengers that will automatically close (go up) when the button is pushed one time (not held). I was unable to stop the window with my hand. This could cause injury or death if a small child was positioned part way out of the window opening.
