There is an issue with the BCI system when it detects an error, and it is fasely detecting, and taking actions that inhibit the operator/driver from controlling the vehicle. This is ABSOLUTELY dangerous and needs fixed! As an engineer, this failure mode response is COMPLETELY unacceptable.
