Contacted Nissan Consumer Affairs - their reply was bedford Nissan and techline determine vehicle is operating normally. My concern about idle is not due to any defect in the way vehicle was built - this condition is normal and characteristic of vehicle. I am unsatisfield with this response - several trips to the dealer have not solved this problem. 1500 RPM's in third gear is 25 mph and in fourth gear it is 30 mph. RPM's will not drop off until transmission is put in neutral. Nissan does not recognize this as a problem.
