peeling paint

I bought Nissan because they offered a nice truck with a manual transmission. I drove 300 miles one way to buy it. I detail on the side and take great pride in the appearance of my vehicles. I only use top quality "internet" only products. I wash washing my truck one day and I notice the paint is flaking away from the bumper. Lower left side where it wraps into the wheel well. It has slowly started getting worse and there's no telling if it will stop. I noticed that on the Pro-4X Nissan opted to paint their textured ( base model ) plastic bumper black. So maybe this is why there's a poor bonding surface. I will have to update the pictures because I noticed the right side of the bumper where it meets the fender is starting to peel as well. I called Nissan regarding my truck and my dads ( 2011 with 500 miles on it ) and made 2 claims ( I will post a separate complaint for my dads truck ). I did not receive a call back for a week. I have since called the 800# back 3 days in a row. They told me I should be receiving a call from the regional specialist. No call.. I called back the next day, the girl told me she would email the Regional specialist and forward the file # to a supervisor. No call.. 3rd straight day, I was told to be patient and wait for my call. No call.. So now I am going to lose patience as they are just stalling. I have read alot of problems online and especially on the model specific forum. This has been a problem and Nissan doesn't want to stand behind their product. I want this fixed....I didn't spend money on a new truck for this. As of right now, I am sorry I suggested a Frontier to my dad and I will never purchase another Nissan.
