I am reporting an issue with the audio head unit/touchscreen system in my truck. The unit consistently malfunctions by producing loud static noise when I increase the volume. In many instances, the radio completely shuts off or freezes, and I have to repeatedly press the on/off knob to get it working again. Sometimes it takes several tries before it functions normally. This problem creates a major distraction while driving, as I have to take my eyes off the road and manually reset the unit multiple times. The interior lights do not come on. We can manually turn on the light switch but it won-??t come on when the doors open. We have to wiggle the front switch (middle, ceiling, between the driver and passenger) nor the rear interior light.
