NEVER BUY A NISSAN... My 3ltr Hardbody engine "failed " at 159000Km on 7th of Jan 2011, I took it to Nissan Woodmead who quoted me R105 000 to repair, after calling Nissan SA, Natash Naidoo (customer service manager, most incompetent manger I have seen 2 date & in customer service)told me they will put in goodwill claim & see what they can do. I asked for a detailed report taking into consideration that it has all the service history etc, they then reduced the price to R40 000. After reading ad in Sawbowna magazine that Nissan guarantees it engines for 400 000Km, I insisted on the report, which they never gave me YET. After various messages & promises from Natsha Naidoo she called me today to say they cannot assist me. I tried contacting various managers left loads of message for everybody always in a meeting to name a few. Jacque Lobotsky,Korean Nagel etc.
The dealership says they cannot give me the reports from the investigations has it is private but its my van.
I have all the dates & times I called them, & no one calls me back. Now after 65 days they come back & tell me that they can’t do anything. They have no customer loyalty or service. The customer service manager natasha naidoo is the most incompetent person, always promises but never calls back
