The contact owns a 2005 Nissan Murano. The contact stated that while driving 30 mph, the drivers seat head restraint began move to move back. The contact was unable to reposition the seat. The dealer inspected the vehicle and stated that the drivers seat assembly was broken needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired and the manufacturer was not notified. The failure and current mileages were 63,363.
