Murano 6-cyl

  • 108,110 miles
My driver side rear door began malfunctioning when using the remote and button door lock controls. All doors would lock but the driver side rear door would remain unlocked. The same was true when unlocking all doors with remote or buttons. All doors would unlock accept the driver side rear door. The issue has now progressed to other doors in the car with increasing frequency including the rear hatch not opening at all and I have not manual button to flip to allow the hatch to open.

Murano 6-cyl

  • 60,620 miles
Door actuators failed. Door locks fail to lock and un-lock. Occurred at various times, using any means available to lock and un-lock the doors: The key fob, interior driver side and passenger side locks button on door, and manual manipulation of the interior door lock(s). The issue is experienced with all 4 door locks and rear hatch. Have been unable to get in or lock the vehicle except manual use of key. Unfortunately the rear hatch does not have a manual system and therefore can't be locked or opened. Safety issue!
