Head gasket blown between cylinder 3 and 4. Symptom is loud knocking that occurs with any amount of acceleration when the engine is at low RPM. Solution is less than $50 worth of parts, but many hours of labor to remove and replace all of the parts connected to the cylinder head and manifolds.
