The radio, navigation and Bluetooth system is not working. I had the same problem a week ago but the system finally turned back on and was working fine until yesterday and again is not working at all.
I started my vehicle and the radio, navigation and back up camera will not go on. I need the backup camera to get out of my driveway. I'm leaving for a trip tomorrow morning and the navigation system isn't working. Vehicle was just at the shop last week for a window issue and the service center had it two days. The service center also doesn't give loaner vehicles.
Third time navigation,radio and camera screen gone blank for a day and half. Dealer said I need to bring in when it is out. Problem is it comes back by the time I get to dealer.
The Radio/GPS/Bluetooth/Satellite Unit had to be replaced after two attempts to update the Software in the Unit.
The Radio Unit would just start talking to you for no reason, would just shut down for no reason, or would start re-loading for no reason. The Dealership tried up-dating the software twice, still the same problems, so finally they replaced the unit.
Started the car this morning, it is 22 degrees Fahrenheit. The car ran for 4 minutes before I started to drive, that is when I noticed the navigation system was not working, the camera did not work, and neither did the radio. The first time I test drove the car the same thing happened, the salesman said he would have service look at it and get back with me. When I returned to the dealership 2 days later I was told all they had to do was remove and reinsert the ad card.
Update from Mar 11, 2015: I took the vehicle into the dealership and they update my software and there has not been an issue since
