The radio, bluetooth, and all audio shuts off for hours. After the car is off for awhile, the radio returns. Sometimes it is just off at startup. It also reboots constantly.

Rogue SL 2.5L

  • CVT transmission
  • 1,500 miles

This has happen about 5 times since that date. The radio cuts out completely and won't work at all. I took it to the dealer and as usual they found nothing wrong. Every time it happens now I pop out the fuse and re-seat the fuse and the radio starts up fine.

SirusXM does not work with the 2014 Rogue. Never had a problem with my 2009 Rogue that was assembled in Japan. The 2014 sucks. SirusXM does not hold the reception in states from Fla. to N.J. Also the radio volume that is set from the factory is out of control. You will blow out the speaker if you have it set above a 3.

Nissan America just tells you that they rely on the dealership tech people to answer questions about the factory product settings. Long time Nissan owner (6 Nissans) who just bought his last $33K Nissan.

Rogue SL 4 cyl

  • Automatic transmission
  • 100 miles

Just one week after purchasing the brand new vehicle, the radio began to turn off and re-start at random times while driving. No rhyme or reason as to the times this would happen and continues to happen but I am fearful to bring it to the attention of my dealership as I don't want the dash torn apart in an attempt to fix the issue and then end up with rattles/loose parts in my dash.
