The contact owns a 2019 Nissan Rogue. The contact stated that upon his wife entering the vehicle, she noticed that water had flooded the front driver-??s and passenger-??s side floor. The contact stated that upon inspecting the vehicle, he could not determine how the water had entered the vehicle. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The contact then stated that upon research, he found TSB: BT14-023A. The dealer was notified of the failure and the contact was informed that the VIN was not included in a recall. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 13,000.
2019 Nissan Rogue. Consumer writes in regard to safety recall notice 19V-654 rear visibility issue. The consumer was unable to see out of the rear window, at times due to large bubbles in the windshield. The consumer stated the there were acid rain spots in the paint. The dealer and manufacturer were made aware of the failure.
