Car goes into manual mode in regular driving on regular roads. The car was brought in and the tech easily reproduced the issue. After the first visit, and 3 weeks of them investigating, they said its a faulty steering wheel, which was not covered under warranty, but as goodwill (just bought the car a few months ago) they cover part of the cost. After a few months, the problem came back, and again its at the dealership under investigation for more than a month, even with a field engineer.
Still waiting for updates.
Its a very severe issue as the car goes into manual mode and downshifts as much as the computer will allow it. this causes engine braking
