Cpsc:2010 Nissan Sentra.: consumer stated while driving, the rear tire blew out, and she lost control on the freeway. As a result of the accident, the consumer was injured.
I have now had 2 blowouts in this car and have 20350 miles on this car and these tires say that they are 70,000+ miles and they have way less than that. The first blowout was at about 11000 miles which is totally not right and I was only going about 50 and the second blowout I was on the highway going about 70 and again didn't hit anything and another tire blew.
The back end can slide around a corner easily, also will also come off the ground going over bumps or railroad tracks. This has occurred even while traveling below speed limit, on a clean dry road.
