THIS IS THE 3RD TIME IN 2 MONTHS, I BROUGHT TO THE DEALERSHIP WITH HOT AIR COMING FROM MY AC. EACH TIME IT WAS OVER 110'F HERE IN PALM SPRINGS, CA.
I had not filed a complaint the 2 times before.
1st visit - They refiled coolant.
2nd visit - They said nothing was found, no leaks, said they did nothing.
In my opinion they refilled coolant.
3rd visit, could not easily find my service contract.
First full day in the shop was a Friday.
AGAIN couldn't find a leak, but coolant was down a pound. This dealership doesn't service cars on SATURDAYS @#$*&$.
Today was told they can't service AC, until they find something to report to the service contract carrier. SERIOUSLY????
It's been 3 visits in EXTREME HEAT.
