Dear Sir,

I have Purchased 02 Nissan Sunny XL (Diesel) Car on 13/01/13 from F.M Nissan, Kota (Raj) & another Car from Nidhi Kamal Nissan Udaipur (Raj) on 27/01/13. From very first day i am facing very serious problem in both of my car for Fog Problem in Rainy & Cold Season in Night.

As I am driving in sunlight there is no problem of vision but as the sunlight comes down in evening or night while Raining or Heavy Dew or Cold Season the vision on Front glass is very problematic. My both Car front Glass is not proper, it as some manufacturing defect or I think so. Front defogger is not working properly, even A.C & Front defogger is on it is unable to drive the car because of Heavy fog is not cleared & it is unable to see any thing to see in front when I am driving the car while raining.

I have Complaint several times to both of dealers but they are not responding properly. I have send my car twice to Udaipur but I have not got any solution. So let me know what to do. I am not driving the car in this Rainy season because i am afraid due inconvenient Vision it may cause any big happening. It is not to send always car to Udaipur or Kota. The occurs only while Rainy Season or Cold Weather.

So I request to Nissan India to Repair & Solve my car problem & take immediate action against my appeal. Please solve this problem in Bhilwara Showroom. It is not possible to come every time to Udaipur or Kota.

If not then at-last I have to take legal action against your company for not giving after sales Service.
