I am very disappointed in Nissan. We bought a new Pulsar then traded it in on a New XTrail, the reason being that we thought we could trust in the car and make...Then on the 18th of this month I was told I had cancer only to find out when we got outside the doctors office the car would not go. I rang RACT and they said it was the fuel pump. After waiting on a tow truck for 2 hrs to get us back home (200ks away) . I then rang our dealers who confirmed the problem the next day. I will be relying on the said car for going back up quiet often to my specialist (200k) away. The car is always well looked after and garaged all the time, only has 32,000ks on the it ., The biggest disappointment is my trust in the Make NISSAN as I have driven them for over 10 years. With such low mileage it is not a good advertisement. I am hoping you may see your way clear to help us financially as I will have a lot of Doctors bills in the near future. My partner is very upset he wants to get another make of car but I don't. I love my car.Can you help me in anyway PLEASE.
