My 2018 Ram 6.7 purchased brand new, and now the screen is bad. It's always asking me to adjust the time, you unable to adjust your heat to defrosters, and chimes non stop. This should be a recall, If I am unable to defrost my windshield this means I can not see!

I was so excited to finally get something I worked so hard for!!! The third or fourth day after getting my truck the radio went crazy loud! I thought my eardrums where going to explode. After turn the truck off for it to stop, everything was good after that until the beginning of September when the radio froze while I was out of town driving. Just thought it was a glitch but then it kept happening more frequently.

Being that I drive a lot out of state for my business and not being to use my gps screen or listen to music or anything for hrs pissed me off. Finally they were able to get me in to check it in December!!!!! So unhappy with it at this point. But the truck ran great besides the radio issue. At this point I was climbing in miles. Not even two months after that my ABS warning lights started going crazy. Took the truck back to find out I’m out of warranty by a few hundred miles being it was around 36,000 miles when I was able to get in for them to check it out. Then my radio started to act up but not as frequently as before. Now it happens every few months.

I’ve had a few certified mechanics check it out and to tell me it’s not the ABS but my computer. The dealership wanted to charge me nearly $4000 to replace my computer. Still to this day 06/18/2021 I’m have radio issues and computer issues. I love the trucks performance but so unhappy with this constant issue.
