The parts to fix my car are not in stock. They are pulling them from the line. Toyota is involved, and someone by the name of Barbara Holt is handling my case. She says, "I am here to help you" So she calls my house and leaves messages during the day so she will not have to talk to me. Seems no one knows what she is doing to help fix my car. Said she would Air express my parts, it now has been 2 weeks one of which I was on vacation. Now she is on vacation. So far no truth to what she has told me. Service person here in town has no idea either. Gas millage is down to 14 miles to a gallon. Toyota is say the oxygen sensor is not working. That is because 40, so far, wire harness were install wrong and the pins are bent where it was forced. We will see if this fixes the problem. Toyota, no help, or should I say, "Barbara Holt, Toyota Representative no help!
