Factory installed remote starter sporadically works, and only when you are close to the vehicle, ~ 50 - 60 feet at best. Dealer checked it three times and feels it is the best they can do. At work, other factory installed remotes are working for Ford, Chevy, and Kia at a distance of ~ 100 - 120 feet.
Any suggestions? Can an after market remote be installed with the factory remote still intact?
