Front passenger seat upholstery kept detaching from underneath the front of the seat. I had my son-in-law, a GM mechanic, reattach it several times, but it kept coming loose. He said that happens also on GM vehicles, and they have used glue to get the upholstery to remain in place. I reattached the upholstery the last time it detached and placed at equal distance three 1 1/4 inch binder (bulldog) clips to keep the upholstery attached. So far this remedy has been successful.
