The Entune systems freezes and the after a bit crashes and reboot. The dealer replaced with a refurbished head unit which made it worse. I have stopped using the handsfree cell except for limited purposes because of dropped calls. I have stopped using the navigation all together. This problem arose almost immediately after taking the possession.
The dealer then said the antenna amplifier was defective and changed it. That did not fix it. The Toyota service rep came and downloaded the memory for the benefit of Panasonic and said they would get back to me with a solution and to be patient. I called and was told they would not fix it.
I am now proceeding through the Toyota NCDS program.
