On January 17th I bought a beautiful 2013 Toyota Camry Hybrid from Clearwater Toyota in Clearwater, Florida. On the morning of January 28th as I was leaving my garage to go to work my wife almost slipped and fell on a puddle of red oily liquid that was under my car. Luckily she did not hurt herself. On my way to work, I called Clearwater Toyota and told them about the problem. Bill from Clearwater Toyota Service Department told me to bring the vehicle in ASAP.

When I brought the vehicle in to Clearwater Toyota, they put the vehicle on the lift and said a transaxle seal was leaking. I would have to leave the vehicle at the dealer so they could fix it. Before I left the dealership with a loaner vehicle, Bill from Service told me that they could not locate a transaxle seal for my vehicle and it would be a few days.

So, today is the fourth days and still no location for a transaxle seal!!! This is a brand new car!! I owned it for 10 days and now it has been sitting at Clearwater Toyota for 5 days!!!
