The contact owns a 2005 Toyota Corolla. The contact stated that the headlight lenses were clouded and no longer provided enough lighting at night. The contact cleaned the lenses with a headlight cleaning kit, but the failure continued. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and informed the contact that the failure was not covered under warranty. The failure mileage was 50,000 and the current mileage was 85,000.
