I took my new vehicle into luther Toyota in goldenvalley,mn. where i bought it.
They said the seats work per specs 78 degrees(below body temp.)I can't tell they even come on. I called Toyota , they said if the dealer said they work then you are out of luck..
I went back to the dealer, they were willing to nothing for me except put in different heaters that would void the factory warranty for the car. Luther Toyota was very rude to me, said they would get back to me right away , they took a week . After 1.5 months being avoided by luther, i have a lawyer . WE are suing under the Minnesota lemon law.
My advise: stay away from luther and stay away from Toyota!!!!!!!!!
