I live in Ohio and my washer fluid has dispensed only a couple times in the last three weeks. It does not matter if it's 25 or -5 outside. I park my car in the garage which is typically 10degrees warmer then outside and it still does not work. It does not matter what type of washer fluid I put in. I have called two dealerships both of which tell me this problem is to be expected this time of year. However, I don't see other people pulling over on the freeway with this problem and none of my friends have reported this problem with their cars. When I lived in northern MI never had this issue with my cars. This problem is a major safety issue that Toyota is not concerned about!!!!!!
