The sunglasses tray on my 2020 Toyota Highlander were broken twice. It was replaced within warranty first time. But it is broken again several months ago. Checked with local Toyota dealer. It can be fixed by ~$500 part + ~$300 labor. Strongly suggest Toyota do a recall for the issue.
