While turning into a drive, there was a clunk from the front end and the steering quit working. I could move forward and back but the car would not turn. Fortunately, this was on a side street and not a main road or at higher speeds which could have ended badly! I have seen many others with the exact same issue but there is nothing on file with Toyota on this. This is definitely a safety issue!
