After letting my car sit for at least 2 to 3 days, I would go out and start it; suddenly, a rapid banging sound like plastic was being hit by a pulley and then seconds later, it stopped. I am not able to track it down because it happens intermittently and only for a few seconds each time; then, it goes away and will not happen as long as I drive it regularly. Anyone else have this problem? What is it?
Update from Mar 6, 2021 This is an update of this complaint. I had to bring in my car to have the inverter fixed, since then I haven't heard this sound.
