The car accelerates to 8 MPH with the foot off the gas.
Even in reverse, it always wants to go 8 MPH
You have to jam your foot on the brake at a stoplite
because if you don't the car will start on its own
It always does this as long as the car is "on"
I don't have the VIN on me.
