I am very much upset, I am renting a car with AVIS and i don't expect a brand new car to be asking for a jump start. I am an engineer, i feel there is a bug in the Toyota Prius System.
Without any notification, the engine will not start and starter motor will give load noise. Once we connect other power or jump start it, it will start the engine. I was stopped in this vehicle in parking only for 8hrs. its ridiculous. I don't know Toyota knows this problem or not. It happened to me two times -- one with 2013 Prius and Now 2014 Prius.
I ask Toyota to look into this problem seriously. Please mail me for further investigation. manikandan.dhanabal@gmail.com
