This will hopefully be the last Toyota I ever purchase. For over a year during a cold start it would occasionally start with an extremely rough idle like it was missing an engine mount or something. After a few seconds it would clear up and wouldn't do it again for the next few cold starts. However as time went on it got progressively more common to the point that it started to do it even with warm starts and then even when the car would switch to electric and back to gas.

Finally determined it was the notorious head gasket issue. Ended up getting a used engine off of eBay with about half the mileage and swapped it myself. Ran great until just after 150k and the ABS light came on (just outside the extended warranty timeframe) and it was determined to be the notorious C1391 brake issue which costs thousands of dollars to fix and Toyota won't pay a dime to cover it even though the car literally had 150,300 miles on it by the time I got it to a dealer! Toyota is terrible towards its long-time customers.
