The contact owns a 2025 Toyota Rav4. The contact was experiencing dizziness, nausea, and lack of focus in vision while in the driver's seat and looking through the windshield. The contact took the vehicle to the dealer who sat in the driver-??s seat and noticed the glass was magnified in certain areas causing visual distortion and warping in certain areas of the windshield. The windshield was replaced. The contact experienced the same physical reaction to the new windshield. The dealer was contacted, and a message was left. The contact learned that the manufacturer had outsourced the manufacturing of the windshields from a company called AGC. The windshield was not replaced a second time. The manufacturer was not informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 495.
