TSB: Some 2021 model year RAV4 Prime vehicles may exhibit a MIL ON condition with Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) P0CDF72 (SAE code P0CE0) (Hybrid/EV Battery Cooling Magnetic Valve Actuator Stuck Open) present. The Amplifier Assy, Air Conditioner logic has been modified to reduce the possibility of this condition. Follow the Repair Procedure in this bulletin to address this condition.
