While attempting to sell my used Sienna to a customer, he noticed some noise in the driver's door. Closer inspection revealed the upper hinge was loose as the result of one wornout bushing + other bushing missing. The design does not seem to allow for replacement of bushings without replacement of the entire door, which would cost at least $1000..... too much cost to repair and no way to sell vehicle without fixing.
