Rear hatch no longer stays up, would close on your head. This is very inconvenient. When you buy a minivan and have children, you are in and out of the back hatch often. Shopping is a big task now. Nothing like having an expensive vehicle and need to carry a pair of vice grips in order to safely use your back hatch. Looking on here, there are many others with this issue. Why hasn't Toyota remedied the situation?! And many of the complaints are from 2004 owners, they've had plenty of time to perfect the system.
