Bought Sienna from Carmax with nearly 50k miles, no issues other than regular maintenance. CV boots do have to get replaced and I had both leaking on Sienna at about 100k miles. Incidentally, dealer did inadequate job and had to have another dealer redo one axle less than 1 year or 10k miles later - included in service warranty. Sienna a great car but as it gets older it's expensive to fix b/c of the tight engine area.
